Define one Something that Makes you joyful and is Healthy.

Eight Minutes a day Either do the joyful Activity or Work Toward the joyful
Activity:-
If
Walking on the Beach Makes you joyful and you Live Near a Coastline, Spend
Eight Minutes a day Going to the Beach Makes a day Going to the Beach and Walking.
If Walking on the Beach Makes you joyful and you do not Live Near a Coastline,
Spend Eight Minutes a day Making Plans to get to a Coastline so you can Walk on
the beach.

3. Find Someone Who Needs you: - Whenever
I feel like Staying in Bed I Remember a Psychologist who said Something to the
Effect to get Yourself Going. Go out and help Someone else. There are Older
People in Nursing Homes Lonely Orphans Jailed Person and Others Who Would Enjoy
Spending Time With you. Find Someone Who Needs you and you will want to get out
of Bed and Get Going.
4. Get
a Coach: - Even the Top Athletes Hire a Coach to
Fine-Tune Their Games. Hire a Coach to Help You Through this and Hold You
Accountable.
Work is Not the Biggest Reason Why People
Get out of Bed. Find Something that Excites you and use that to Motivate you.
If it is a place, wake up to go there Every day, wake up to meet Them Every day,
if it is you pet, wake up to feed and Take Care of Them Every day. Set Fixed
Hours to Create your Vision of What you want out of Life and Figure out What You
Have to do to get There. Start Getting Fit and Healthy Through Exercise and
yoga. Do not Give up on your Body or Yourself.
You
need to Feel Alive Again
The way you say you are Living, It is a
Zombie Life and can Lead you to Death or Serious illness very Soon. Do not ever
Waste your Time Anymore Like This! You Do not have Real joy in you Life. This
is Something Money Can Not Buy and it’s Due Because you’re no Really Valuing
What You Have and that it can Disappear.
Micro movements, Breathing and Some Mental
Exercise Can Solve your Physical Issues with Little Effort in About 90 days of
daily Persistence. Butt first you need to spark you flame Again. There are lots
of things that Money Cannot Buy.
You may Pay to go on Helicopter to the top
of a Mountain, But you will Never Ever have the Same Experience if you Hike up
to it.

to help others},

Buying it},
--Going Places Where You Have Never been

--Finding Real Friends That don’t care if
you’re rich or not But who true want to Spend time with you and is a Person
that you appreciate,
--Reading Books or Going to the Theater.
You are Slowly Pulling Yourself Into a rut
Basically. It’s Been 5 Years Where your Time out of bed is just 5-10 Hours
Daily. Your body is Slowly Going into a Shut Down Mode. Your Diet is not
Supportive of a Healthy Lifestyle, which is Also Lacking for you.
It is Great to be Financially Independent
but Money is not Everything. There are Many People who would Give up all the
Money just so they could Feel Healthy. You are Young enough to Reverse this
trend But Time will get Away From you if you don’t act While you Still Have to
Ability to Make Changes.
You Need to Find Motivation in Something That
Interests you. If you Don’t Have an Interest try Something You’ve Always Wanted
to do. But Were Too Scared or Busy to do. Do Things That Require Effort, But
Also Seems Fun.
